Provision of Protection and Health Services

Strengthening access to and retention in education for vulnerable boys and girls of the Palestinian refugee community through a locally coordinated, multi-sectoral, area-based action

Target
The Elderly Project, implemented last year, aimed to enhance the wellbeing and reduce protection risks for marginalized Palestinian refugees aged 65 and above in Beddawi, Nahr El-Bared, and Wavel camps. Through home visits, health awareness sessions, psychosocial support, and recreational activities, the project addressed the physical and emotional needs of elderly individuals. It created a supportive environment that promoted dignity, reduced isolation, and strengthened community-based protection mechanisms.
